Company Overview
• Food production facility based in Northern France.
• Currently undergoing a transition phase requiring strong operational and performance improvements.
• Focused on boosting efficiency, resolving production challenges, and enhancing continuous improvement culture.
Role Overview
• Lead continuous improvement and OPEX activities across the factory.
• Strengthen Kaizen practices, improve RCA methods, and guide operational teams on the shop floor.
• Manage and support a small OPEX team of three.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Kaizen initiatives to drive operational improvements and boost performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address recurring production issues.
• Coach and guide teams in CI methodologies directly on the shop floor.
• Collaborate closely with operational staff, including line operators (French required).
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a small team within the OPEX function.
Requirements (Skills & Experience)
• Proven experience in Kaizen and RCA.
• Experience in the food production sector or agronomics is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and coach operators.
• Ability to drive change in an operational environment.
Essential
• Hands-on CI/OPEX experience within manufacturing
• Ability to work on-site with shop-floor teams
Desirable
• Background in food manufacturing or agricultural processes
• Experience managing small teams
