Role Overview
The Construction Supervisor will oversee on-site construction activities for major tunnel and bridge works in North Germany, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on tunnel and bridge projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Monitor progress against the project schedule and report on site performance
Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues on site
Liaise with project management, engineers, and local authorities
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the construction phase
Requirements
Essential
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
Strong background in tunnel construction and bridge projects
Solid understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple stakeholders
Desirable
Experience working on large infrastructure projects in Germany
Engineering or construction-related qualification
Experience working on long-term contract projects
