Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join a project team on a 12-month freelance contract. The successful candidate will work full-time on-site, supporting the planning and scheduling of construction activities using Primavera P6.

Pharmaceutical project experience is preferred but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled P6 specialist looking for a long-term contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies

• Interface with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with project timelines

• Prepare progress reports and planning documentation

• Analyse critical paths and resource allocation

• Support project controls and reporting functions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner

• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6 expert)

• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical and organisational skills

• Ability to work full-time on-site

• Pharmaceutical project experience preferred but not essential

• Must be an Italian resident or EU passport holder
