Construction Manager – BESS Project (Freelance)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of a 100MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Eastern Germany, approximately 60km north of Dresden.
This is a long-term, site-based freelance opportunity for a professional with strong experience in utility-scale Solar and/or BESS projects.

Working Pattern:
5 days per week
40 hours per week

Requirements
Proven Construction Management experience on Solar and/or BESS projects
Strong on-site leadership and contractor coordination skills
Fluent German and English (mandatory)
Polish language skills a plus
Good knowledge of HSE and construction standards in Germany
