.A client of mine involved in the construction of a semi conductor project in Dresden, Germany are looking for a freelance Site Manager to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing construction progress onsite
- Overseeing subcontractors in piping, installation, water treatment, electrical
- Reporting to the project manager
- Being on your feet most of the day, you will likely complete over 15,000 steps in this position per day
Requirements:
- Fluent German and strong English language skills
- Previous experience in semiconductor facility construction or similar fields such as pharmaceuticals or data centres
- EU passport or permanent German residence required (No sponsorship)
- Experience in managing subcontractors for piping, electrical, water treatment
Logistics:
- 6 days per week, 10 hours per day
- Start date ASAP
- Full time on site
- 12 months contract
