About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a 28MW solar park project located north of Eindhoven. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality construction, managing subcontractors and local teams, and keeping the project on track to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily site operations and coordinate contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations and HSE standards
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance on site
- Maintain clear communication with the project management team and local authorities
- Report on progress, risks, and site issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on solar or renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of Dutch construction and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Based locally in the Netherlands and available to start immediately
