About the Client:
This is a Chemical company doing a brownfield project looking for an experienced German Construction Manager.
Role Overview:
Act as main point of contact of the project team towards the EPCm construction organisation and the client as part of the PMT.
Key Responsibilities:
– New intake from river for make-up water including pre-treatment
– Water treatment facility
– New cooling tower
– New infrastructure to connect new units and to existing plants.
– New fire water supply system (currently combined with cooling water).
– Replacement of existing heat exchangers in process areas due to different properties of cooling water.– New service water infrastructure
Candidate Requirements:
- Mechanical, Piping and Construction Management
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Worked on behalf of the client
- Experience managing the EPCm company
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, codes, compliance, and safety in chemical industry
