Commissioning Manager – Adults Learning disabilities

• Initial 3-6 month interim requirement with a primary objective to review the councils adult learning disabilities and autism framework for registered community-based support.
• You will proactively engage with the care market to ensure ongoing capacity meets current needs whilst also reviewing current services.
• You will support ongoing cost of care exercises to understand the true cost of care for learning disabilities and autism.
• You will be an SME within the commissioning department, supporting colleagues within ongoing commissioning decisions to meeting ongoing financial targets and budgetary pressures.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Commissioning
