Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer (Locum)

We are currently partnering with a well-established law firm in the Southwest that is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.
Key Details:
Office Attendance: Office-based preferred
Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract
Rate: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, and development work
Running your own caseload with autonomy while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment
Providing strategic and commercially focused advice to a broad client base
