Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Essex | Hybrid/Remote
We are currently seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist a well-regarded firm based in Essex, with the opportunity for hybrid or remote working.
Start Date: 25th July 2025
Contract: Initial 1-month contract with scope to extend
Location: Essex (Hybrid/Remote working considered)
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
I am currently looking for an experienced solicitor with strong expertise in commercial property law to provide interim support to friendly team.
Sales and purchases of commercial premises
Lease negotiations (granting, renewal, assignment)
Landlord and tenant matters
Development agreements and planning matters
Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial property law
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision but some support
Comfortable working independently and remotely with LEAP
