Vivid are working with a local authority in the South West who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their legal team on a locum basis.
This is a fully remote role offering an initial 3-month contract with the likelihood of extension. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the council on key projects and day-to-day legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and leases
- Supporting regeneration and development projects
- Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister
- Strong background in commercial property law
- Previous local authority experience is highly desirable
