Job Title: Property & Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Location: South London, England
Start Date: July
Our South London based client is now recruiting for a Interim Senior Litigation Lawyer to join them from July on an initial 2-month contract whist they recruit on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
- Previous experience supervising a team and delegating work to junior team members
- Monitor and project the litigation pipeline, anticipated new instructions, WIP, billing opportunities, capacity and resource requirements.
- Promote accountability, efficiency and high standards of client care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive considered
- Full-time hours
- Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office required
- Transparency with costs
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and be comfortable advising clients on sensible, cost-effective outcomes.
