Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a tech start-up based in Central London who are looking for an Interim Commercial In-House Paralegal to support a growing, fast paced SaaS business for an initial 6 month contract.
The client is looking for a candidate who can initially attend the office on a hybrid basis, however, there is a possibility to transition into a more remote arrangement. Previous commercial experience within the tech/fintech sector is favored.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Subscription and Order Forms, and DPAs
- Track key terms, renewal dates, and obligations across customer and vendor contracts
- Maintain corporate records and assist with company secretarial tasks (e.g., board consents, filings)
- Work with the Legal, Security, and Product teams to support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and customer obligations.
