Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Borough in Central London on an initial 3 month contract basis with a view to extend
– Offering site inspection and plan checks
– Full time (37 hours a week)
– Up to £65 per hour (£6165 take home per month after all tax and deductions)

– Speaking to clients in the area to ensure the full building regulation process is met
– Conducting site inspections and plan checks across the Borough
– Working as part of a wider team of 8 Surveyors

– Class 2C+ RBI
– Experience with a Local Authority (desirable)
– Experience of team working
– Problem solving skills essential
