Position Overview
We are seeking a French-speaking Draftsman for an immediate start in Charleroi.
The successful candidate will work on multiple small-scale projects simultaneously, supporting project execution from design through to site follow-up. This role combines drafting responsibilities with project monitoring and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD
Follow multiple small projects in parallel
Translate engineering concepts into detailed plans
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams
Conduct site visits and assist with site supervision
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans
Update drawings based on site feedback and revisions
Ensure adherence to technical standards and local regulations
Required Profile
Proven experience as a Draftsman (civil, construction, or technical field)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Able to manage several projects simultaneously
Hands-on mindset with willingness to visit and supervise sites
Strong organizational and communication skills
Based in or willing to work in the Charleroi region
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in civil engineering or construction projects
Knowledge of Belgian building standards
Previous site coordination or supervision experience
Ability to work independently
