A local government client of mine are looking for an Interim Chief Operating Officer (S151 Officer). The individual will be responsible for the financial services, people services, and legal and democratic services directorates.
Weekly office attendance in the Northeast is a necessity. Candidates must have previous experience working to S151 level.
