I’m currently looking for an Interim Construction Project Manager for a Local Authority client in Yorkshire, with interviews over the next couple of weeks.
You will work across a number of schemes, but the main one will be an SEND Education project worth around £25m in value. Any previous experience project managing education related projects would be beneficial, as well as contract administration experience. Local authority experience is essential.
A relatively local candidate will also be needed for this role, as 2 days in the office is essential along with any potential site visits. The project is just about to go into the construction phase, so it’s likely that site visits would be required once every week or two.
