Vivid Resourcing are currently looking for an Interim Capital Delivery Project Manager for one of our local authority clients in Essex.
Key Details:
- 3 days per week in the office/on site
- £450 per day inside IR35
- Initial 12 month contract
Responsibilities:
The Council is starting one of it’s largest Capital Investment Programmes ever, delivering large scale refurbishment programmes to occupied council homes and are seeking experienced project managers to help them deliver this.Â
You will mostly be delivering building envelope works to low-rise blocks, that have already been tendered and packaged, and are due to be on site early 2026.Â
Experience:Â
The successful candidate must have public sector experience, and must have delivered refurbishment projects, not just new build. Ideally you will have delivered works to occupied residential units, either for Councils or Housing Associations. Good technical knowledge of construction management, as well as experience working with the JCT form of contract is also required.Â
