Role Overview
Vivid Resourcing are currently looking for an Interim Capital Delivery Project Manager for one of our local authority clients in Essex.
Key Details:
- 2 days per week in the office/on site
- £400 per day inside IR35
- Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage and execute a range of major and minor capital works projects, from initial feasibility stage to final completion.
You will monitor budgets and deliver financial reports for major projects valued approximately between £5 million and £10 million in combined value as well as commission, procure, and oversee small construction and maintenance projects funded by capital and revenue.
