About the Client:
Our client is a large multinational manufacturing company based in Leuven, known for developing advanced technology and high-quality industrial solutions. They operate in an international environment and are looking to strengthen their software development team with an experienced C++ developer.
Role Overview:
As a C++ Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions used in a manufacturing environment. You will work within an agile, international team and contribute to the development of robust applications running in a Windows environment. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software features and support the design of new software functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern C++ and object-oriented design principles
• Develop robust applications operating in a Windows environment
• Collaborate with software engineers in an agile and international team
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software features
• Contribute to the design and development of new software features within a manufacturing environment
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar software development role
• Strong experience in C++ development
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles
• Nice to have: knowledge of Python (for testing purposes) and/or C#
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
