For a client of mine based in both Brussels and Rotterdam, they are on the lookout for a Business Manager to help with internal Business consulting to both the Transformation Department and COO Office.

Business Manager / Brussels OR Rotterdam / Freelance Contract

Role:

• Report into the Transformation Director to help support the Business in review of their company Culture Transformation
• Support the COO & COO Office in Transformation Topics including Organizational Transformation (Agile) for 2024.
• Be proactive in identifying project initiatives and be able to communicate this to the Transformation Director to advise continuation / stopping of such initiatives
• Support across several areas across the Business in Domains of Finance and Business

Requirements:

• Strong Experience with Business Management
• Experience with High-Level Reporting & Planning (C-Level & Executive)
• Experience / Background in the sector Insurance
• Pro-Active & Analytical
• Languages: English / (French & Dutch Bonus)

Details:

• Location Brussels OR Rotterdam – Travel TBC
• Duration: 3-6 Months + Extensions
• Start Date: ASAP / December
