Business Analyst / Project Lead – Pharmaceutical Environment
Location: Beerse (Hybrid – 3–4 days on-site per week)
Contract: 12 months (+ possible extension)

Role Summary
As a Business Analyst / Project Lead, you will play a key role in driving functional enhancements and process improvements within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in compliance with GxP standards.
Your main objective will be to manage backlog priorities, lead small to mid-sized projects, and maintain system integrity across local and global teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional enhancements and process improvements
- Gather, document, and analyze user requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs and technical feasibility
- Investigate and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Lead small to mid-sized projects involving local and global cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with IT, QA, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity in a regulated environment
- Ensure adherence to GxP principles and internal quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Senior-level experience in Business Analysis or Project Leadership, with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience in GxP environments or other regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical devices, life sciences)
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- On-site presence in Beerse 3–4 days per week
