Job Description

• With this Role you will manage approximately a third of the councils 8000 residential properties but will only be involved in more complex issues, as general day to day repairs is carried out by their wholly owned subsidiary ODS.
• You must have experience in Disrepair, Structural Issues, Damp and Mould, Party Wall, Insure Jobs, liaising with tenants
• Experience with Local Authority work, would also be a huge advantage
• The role is expecting you to work form home 2/3 days a week
• 6 month Contract
• Paying £25 per / hour – Up to £30 per / hour
