Job Description

Interim Building Surveyor – Greater Manchester – £250 p/d (Outside or Inside IR35) – 6 Months – Private Sector.

One of our Private Sector clients based in the Greater Manchester is looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months, with flexibility toward full time or part time work.

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
• Based Locally to Greater Manchester (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
• Have 3+ years experience within a residential, commercial, agricultural or corporate background.

Responsibilities include:

• Stock condition surveys.
• Full lifecyle of contractor management for repairs including writing schedules of works, tendering, procurement and post inspections
• The portfolio covers Northern Manchester (Ramsbottom, Bolton and Bury), along with Cheshire and Warrington.
