Job Description

To qualify for this role, you must have experience in:

• Residential property
• Social housing
• Work will include party walls, roof repairs, water repairs, structural damages
• Dilapidation and Defects Surveys
• Voids and Disrepair’s
• Damp and Mould
• Be able to travel to the office 2 – 3 days a week, with the possibility of call outs as well
• Experience of dealing with contractors
