About the Client:

Our client is a growing Atlassian partner delivering configuration-heavy consultancy projects for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands. Demand is increasing rapidly, especially towards Q4, and lack of capacity has resulted in projects being delayed and customers selecting competitors. This role is key to scaling delivery and protecting commercial momentum.

Role Overview:

The Senior Atlassian Consultant will deliver end-to-end Atlassian consultancy projects, acting as a senior, customer-facing solution engineer. The role combines hands-on configuration, automation, API integrations, and on-site workshops. You will work autonomously across agency-style projects and play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Atlassian consultancy projects (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Configure workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, and integrations
• Design and implement automation and API-based solutions
• Run on-site and remote customer workshops (requirements, solution design, best practices)
• Translate business needs into scalable Atlassian solutions
• Advise customers on tooling strategy, governance, and maturity
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on ongoing and new projects
• Decide on on-site presence based on customer location and project needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior experience as an Atlassian Consultant / Solution Engineer
• Strong hands-on Atlassian configuration experience
• Experience with automation and API integrations
• Comfortable leading workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Background in agency or consultancy environments
• Mature, autonomous profile with strong communication skills
• Dutch required (customer-facing role)
 

Contract Details

Location: Customers across Belgium & NL + 1 day/week in Ghent (mandatory)
