Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and local/highway authorities.
Lead and support negotiations with planning and highway authorities to secure planning consent.
Mentor and support junior team members, providing technical guidance and professional development.
Contribute to business development activities, including preparing fee proposals and supporting bids.
Provide expert input into sustainable transport strategies, particularly in relation to active travel, public transport integration, and low-carbon development.

A strong understanding of the UK planning system and transport assessment process.
Proven experience leading Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and project delivery.
