🏗️ Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception to submission

  • Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.)

  • Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and appeals

  • Contribute to business development, including attending client meetings and networking events

  • Mentor junior staff and support the development of the planning team

🎯 About You:

  • MRTPI qualified with a strong background in town planning (private sector experience desirable)

  • Proven track record of managing planning applications and appeals

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
