🏗️ Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage planning projects from inception to submission
Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.)
Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and appeals
Contribute to business development, including attending client meetings and networking events
Mentor junior staff and support the development of the planning team
🎯 About You:
MRTPI qualified with a strong background in town planning (private sector experience desirable)
Proven track record of managing planning applications and appeals
Strong project management and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
