Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Asbestos Surveyor to join a reputable social housing provider in Lincolnshire. This is a contract role offering flexibility with either part-time or full-time hours and a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct asbestos reinspections, site visits, and surveying activities
Work across a large housing stock of approximately 8,000 residential properties
Ensure all surveys and inspections are carried out in line with current regulations and best practices
Primarily onsite work, ensuring properties are safe and compliant
Requirements:
Proven experience in asbestos surveying, preferably within the social housing sector
Relevant asbestos qualifications (e.g., BOHS P402 or equivalent)
Strong understanding of current asbestos legislation and guidelines
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
