Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant (Temporary Assignment)

On-site presence required: 5 days per week initially (possibility of hybrid work later)
About the Role
As part of a dynamic and supportive accounting team, you will take responsibility for managing supplier accounting for several entities within an international group active across Belgium, France, and Luxembourg.
You will be handling a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and able to work independently, while also collaborating closely with colleagues in a friendly and structured environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and encode supplier invoices (goods, services, and investments) for multiple entities.
- Monitor the approval workflow and resolve discrepancies or anomalies.
- Manage staff expenses and company card statements.
- Support supplier follow-ups and payment reminders.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities (depending on experience).
- Assist with process improvement and support ongoing digitalisation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Experienced accountant with a focus on accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy when managing large volumes of invoices.
- Proactive, curious, and communicative — not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in French and English (both required).
- Solid knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other standard office tools.
