Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support a leading utilities company in Germany in its transformation journey. The ideal candidate will guide teams and leadership in adopting and scaling Agile practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile workshops and training sessions onsite during the initial phase.
- Support the implementation of Agile at scale within a large enterprise environment.
- Advise on Kanban board setup and optimization for workflow transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across energy market operations, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and internal business units.
- Drive cultural change towards continuous improvement and customer-centric delivery.
- Provide ongoing remote coaching and guidance post-training phase.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and Kanban methodology.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to influence and guide senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with utilities or energy sector processes and stakeholders (bonus).
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
