Adult Care Solicitor

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority’s growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,

This post would require candidates to be available for a hybrid working arrangement, inclusive of conducting their own advocacy on occasion.

 Some details of the assignment:

– Drafting s21As and/or s16s,

– Cover a full caseload of more general COP work,

– Be familiar with conducting own advocacy,

– Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
