Vivid are working with a local authority who are looking to bring an Adult Care Lawyer onto their team on an interim basis.
Lawyer – Fully Remote – 6 Month Initial Contract
The role is offering:
- Fully remote working
- 6 month rolling contract
- Open to either lawyers, senior lawyers, or not qualified lawyers.
They are looking for:
- Experience in dealing with a range of section 21A and section 16 challenges. Advising clients on a wide range of issues such as ordinary residence, nearest relative applications.
- 3 – 5 days per week (will consider 22.5 hours or more)
