Principal Planning Policy Officer
The postholder will act as the Council’s lead officer for neighbourhood planning, providing professional advice and support to parish and town councils throughout all stages of the process-from neighbourhood area designation to examination, referendum, and adoption. They will promote neighbourhood planning through meetings and presentations, coordinate input from internal services and external bodies, and ensure plans align with statutory requirements and national guidance.
