First five weeks:

Week six to eighteen:
Core sales modules
Collaborate with our Sales Management team to engage in our specialised sales training program, designed to enhance your abilities and equip you with everything needed to excel as a top recruitment consultant.
Week nineteen onwards:
Continuous support
Utilising a blend of classroom training, desk-side coaching, and roleplay, we keep your skills sharp and guide you through the ranks. For those aspiring to lead a team, we offer personalised one-to-one management coaching.
