Freshstream Acquires Majority Stake in G2V Group

We are thrilled to announce that Freshstream, a leading growth equity investor, has acquired a majority stake in G2V Group, the parent company behind Vivid Resourcing, g2, and Lumicity. This marks an exciting new chapter in our journey.
G2V was founded in the UK in 2004 and has since expanded to operate 22 offices across the UK, the US, DACH region, and Benelux. Our deep domain expertise spans Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, and both Public and Private sector staffing solutions.
This partnership will accelerate G2V’s existing growth strategy—helping us to intensify our presence in current markets and expand further into the United States. Freshstream’s support will allow us to scale our operations while retaining the entrepreneurial culture and leadership team that have made us successful.
