VIVID RESOURCING LEADERSHIP

James McNulty

Managing Director
James joined Vivid in 2009, and established our presence in the Engineering market. He then quickly advanced into management, leading his team with an ambitious growth plan. In 2013 James was promoted to Sales Director, driving Vivid's overall success for 10 years before taking on his current role as Managing Director, overseeing the running of the business as a whole and continuing to push Vivid to new limits each year.

Regional Sales Director
After playing professional football, Ryan joined Vivid London in 2011. His exceptional performance and impeccable standards laid the foundations for his management career, with him opening Vivid’s second office in Manchester in 2013. Since then, Ryan has been appointed as Divisional Director of Sales, overseeing all UK and DACH business units across Manchester, Glasgow, London and Munich.

Alex Lyon

Brand Director
Following his graduation in 2014, Alex joined Vivid, and was presented with the monumental challenge of starting up the Government division on his own. Since then, Alex has driven the sector’s growth, creating two clear regions which represent Vivid’s 2nd and 3rd highest billing cost centres. He now continues this work as a Brand Director.

William Bridges

Director of Benelux
William joined Vivid in 2013, shortly after graduating from King’s College London. He quickly became one of our first consultants to successfully break into European markets, paving the way for business to thrive outside of the UK. Subsequently, William has established the largest, most profitable cost centre in the Group, whilst overseeing our Amsterdam and Antwerp offices as our Director of Benelux.

Associate Director
As a First-Class Business Management Graduate, Alasdair decided to take the dive into recruitment back in 2011. Since joining Vivid, he has consistently performed above and beyond expectation, placing him as the all-time Top Biller across the Group. He has successfully worked his way to becoming Vivid’s first Associate Director, heading up the highly profitable Life Sciences Sector.

Sagar Patel

Head of Benelux Contract
Sagar’s journey at Vivid started in 2016, after graduating from the University of Portsmouth. By 2018, he was promoted to Executive Consultant and began building the Benelux Web Development team, which is now highly established. In 2021, Sagar was presented with Vivid’s Team of the Year award, which was followed by his promotion to Head of Benelux Contract.

Michelle Nadim

Head of Germany
Michelle completed a BSc. in Psychology in 2015 and joined Vivid shortly after. After a successful start to her career working on the UK sector, Michelle took on the challenge of setting up the German market for Vivid. Six years on, she is our Head of Germany, spearheaded the opening and growth of our Munich office as well as leading the German teams across Manchester and London – two of the largest areas for Vivid.

Head of Netherlands
Shortly after his graduation at the University of Exeter in September 2016, James kickstarted his career with Vivid. He rapidly advanced in our IT and Infrastructure markets, opening Vivid’s first European office in Amsterdam in 2020. Now, James continues to grow his team as Head of Netherlands, acting as a brand ambassador for our company outside of the UK and setting the standard for our other European offices to follow.

Regional Head of Government
In 2016, James joined Vivid, getting off to a flying start by winning the Best Newcomer Award in his first year. After a highly successful run, notably as our Highest GP Government consultant of all time, James commenced his management career, leading the Property division of the Government Sector. He now serves this role as a Regional Head of Government.

Head of Benelux Perm
Leon joined Vivid after graduating in 2015, as the first dedicated Perm consultant specialising in the Benelux IT market. His consistently strong performance led to him winning the Best Newcomer Award in 2017, giving him a platform to begin managing other consultants. Since then, Leon has been promoted multiple times to a Head of Permanent Recruitment position which presides over the Benelux region. Having won the G2V Manager of the Year Award in 2022, Leon has been tasked to further scale the permanent division which currently has a headcount of 20.

Head of Glasgow
After graduating from Robert Gordon University in 2016, Grant joined Vivid as a consultant specialising in our European Engineering market. Since then, he has proven himself to be a key player, receiving multiple promotions before he began managing his own team of consultants. Now, he leads a quickly expanding office as our Head of Glasgow.

Head of Talent and Learning & Development
Charlotte graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2014 and started her recruitment career at Sphere, opening the company’s first office outside of London. She moved to Vivid in April 2021, joining as an Induction Systems Trainer, and was quickly promoted to Learning and Development Consultant. Charlotte’s proven track record now sets her as the Head of Learning and Development across UK/EU Offices.

Office & Facilities Manager
Having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020, Lydia joined Vivid as an Office Admin Assistant, and has since progressed to become our Office & Facilities Manager. Her responsibilities include providing daily support to Senior Management whilst liasing with facility management vendors and suppliers, as well as being a key stakeholder in office moves.

Marketing Manager
Amelia joined Vivid as the Office Manager for our busy London HQ in November 2021. Six months into the role, after demonstrating her value and passion towards a more creative avenue, she was promoted to our first ever Marketing Executive. Amelia is responsible for growing the junior department, overseeing the management of our social media accounts and leading exciting projects alongside senior stakeholders.

Candice graduated from the University of Nottingham back in 2019 before joining Vivid in 2021 as a Business Intelligence consultant. By the end of the year, she made the choice to switch to Internal recruitment and was promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant the following summer. Recently she has transferred to our Manchester location and continues to hire ambitious graduates across multiple offices, whilst supporting the Internal team.

After spending 7 years playing professional cricket for Warwickshire CC, Luke joined as a consultant in 2008. Since then, he has established himself as a key figure in G2V’s exponential growth, rising through every rank to his current position as CEO. He now oversees the implementation of the group's strategies and ethos, guiding the brand through rapid international expansion.

Prior to joining G2V Group in July 2021, Sam spent 10 years at KPMG, where he moved into the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. Sam is responsible for financial strategies and activities across G2V, prioritising the modernisation of the Group’s finance infrastructure. This enables Sam to support our market leading growth and improve the user experience for both candidates and clients alike.

Marc’s extensive experience working in IT comprises of 12 years in the Recruitment sector at SThree and Airswift. He is deeply passionate about how technology, processes and above all, people, deliver business value and uses that passion to ensure we operate with a world-class IT service. Marc leads the Global IT function, supporting people and offices worldwide.

Lauren is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CIPD Level 7 qualified and has undertaken various HR roles, including Learning & Development and Change Management. Since joining, she has injected a sense of professionalism; growing and developing the HR team, to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

Colin has been the Chairman of G2V since 2023, having joined the Group in 2015 as the GFD and brings extensive leadership experience in scaling businesses. He has worked across a range of sectors, in the UK and internationally. He oversees the Group’s strategy and provides advice and guidance to his fellow board members and senior managers.

James started his recruitment career in 1997; his outstanding performance supported founding his own company, g2 Recruitment, in 2004. Shortly after, a second brand, Vivid Resourcing, was founded in 2008. Since then, the Group has grown rapidly, opening 21 offices across the UK, US, and Europe. Now, G2V follows the strong fundamentals laid out by James, combining an elite performance culture with a customer-centric approach.
