Job Description

Vivid’s local authority client in North London is looking for an interim commissioning manager to lead on their drugs and alcohol commissioning. The post is looking for a start in February 2023 on a full-time basis, with remote working and some on site presence (once a month).

The purpose of the role is to come in and assist with the ‘pre-commissioning’ work in relation to their Drugs and Alcohol Agenda. This will include getting embedded with providers, consultations and creating business cases.

The role will go on a rolling basis until the LA is in a position to hand over the commissioning cycle to a permanent member of staff, whilst the authority simultaneously goes out to advert for the post.
