Job Description

The role in question will see you being:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the organisations, internal DLO and Partnering Contractor, in delivering day to day repairs, voids, planned and major works and responsible for creating high performing teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring the DLO and partnering contractors deliver works on time, right first time, on budget, and importantly legal and regulatory compliance and Health and Safety.
  • Ensure that the homes are managed and maintained to the highest of quality standards and where a culture of customer service was of the highest priority in ensuring that residents tenants are highly satisfied with our service.
  • Responsible for managing KPIs, disrepair cases, complaints, business improvement, writing policies, procedures, and all other associated activities that are part of the role.
  • Experience in Social Housing, Repair and Maintenance and management of contractors is a must have.
