Job Description

My local authority client in Kent are looking to bring on a damp and mould surveyor on a 3 or 6 month contract. The role is paying £40 per hour.

The perfect candidate will have experience in:

• Working on social housing, and in particular carrying out diagnostic inspections, writing technical reports and preparing a schedule of works.
• Extensive damp and mould surveying experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of social housing repairs surveying experience.
• Delivering an efficient repairs and maintenance service.
