Job Description

One of my long standing Local Authority clients in Scotland are looking to bring in an Estates Surveyor (part time) on an initial 6 month contract, high likely hood of extension!

A lot of the day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews (commercial and industrial)
• Working on council assets / portfolios
• Estate Management
• Disposals
• Managing transactions
