My client based in Derbyshire is currently looking for an Interim Building Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.

They are looking for a Damp and Disrepair Surveyor that is able to come in ASAP and hit the ground running.

Your responsibilities will be focused on Damp and Mould work

• Producing Damp and Mould surveys and reports
• Providing tenants with a clear message for the repairs
• Work autonomously, completing tasks unsupervised
