Job Description

On a day to day basis, you will:

* Build robust business cases and options appraisals to withstand public sector scrutiny

* Draw out all the requirement details / user journey(s) to inform fit-for-purpose solutions

* Build trusted relationships within multi-disciplinary teams and subject matter experts from a wide variety of services

* Keep up to date with latest IT advancements to inform solutions evaluation and procurement

* Articulate, document and explain problems and recommendations

* Analyse as-is and to-be business processes and identify improvements

* Work closely and communicate well with senior management, partners, clients and technical / professional advisers

* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and wider interventions with service stakeholders to support all phases of the project life-cycle (incl. testing, training etc)
