We’re starting off the New Year with a fantastic new job opportunity- an urgent Housing Options role! Please find the job spec below:
- Up to date HRA 2018 knowledge
- Experience handling caseloads and issuing S184 decision making
- Good working knowledge of the homelessness legislation and has experience of working with the homelessness database and housing register used by the authority, which is HUME.
- Experience dealing with backlog cases and homeless prevention/relief
- Hybrid working- 1 day a week on site!
- Housing Act 1996 Part 6&7 knowledge
