We’re starting off the New Year with a fantastic new job opportunity- an urgent Housing Options role! Please find the job spec below:

• Up to date HRA 2018 knowledge
• Experience handling caseloads and issuing S184 decision making
• Good working knowledge of the homelessness legislation and has experience of working with the homelessness database and housing register used by the authority, which is HUME.
• Experience dealing with backlog cases and homeless prevention/relief
• Hybrid working- 1 day a week on site!
• Housing Act 1996 Part 6&7 knowledge

The budget is at present is in line with the market average and interviews will take place from the 2nd of January for a 8th January start date! The contract will run for 6 months.
