My Local Authority Client based in North West England is looking for an interim Senior Investment Manager (Place) to join their team on an initial 4 Month contract. This role falls inside IR35.

The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of investment managers, associates and analysts working closely with our constituent local authorities and other partners across sectors. Additionally you will work to develop strategic projects and make investments that generate significant impact for our communities. These range from business growth, economic infrastructure and town centre regeneration to culture and housing.

The successful candidate will:

• Be RICS or with equivalent experience and a track record of success in property, regeneration and place-making
• Successful track record of delivering regeneration projects.
• Good knowledge of development appraisals as well as the commercial property market
