I am currently working on a position with a public sector client of mine, who is looking for an experienced regulatory Lawyer to come and join their team on an initial 3 month contract.
The role:
– Hybrid working arrangement with attendance required for court on a fortnightly basis.
– Picking up a mixed caseload consisting of; Planning enforcement, licensing, fly tipping and fraud related matters.
– Experience dealing with civil matters such as; Judicial review and debt recovery would also be ideal, but not essential.
The client has also indicated that the role will be extended on a rolling basis!
