Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects in Sierra Leone and Côte d’Ivoire.
This role will be based initially in our London office, with hybrid flexibility available once established in the position. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to travel to site in Africa as required.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering renewable energy infrastructure projects across West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Solar PV plant projects
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
Oversee procurement, site progress, and technical compliance
Ensure HSE standards and quality requirements are met
Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
Support commercial management and contract administration
Requirements
UK resident (London-based preferred but not essential)
Proven Project Management experience delivering Solar PV projects in the UK or Africa
Strong understanding of utility-scale renewable energy projects
Available to start within the next four weeks
Flexible and willing to travel to project sites in Africa when required
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
