Interim Regeneration Project Manager (Outside IR35) – £600 per day – London – Council – Hybrid Working – 12 Months
I’m currently working with a local authority based in London who are on the lookout for an experienced Regeneration Project Manager to join them for an initial 12 months on an interim basis.
They can offer predominantly remote working, with only one day per week in the office as well as an immediate start.
You will be an experienced and passionate regeneration practitioner, with a significant track record of achievement in urban regeneration and placemaking.
You will have experience of driving forward successful project delivery within a robust programme management framework. Expertise in procuring and managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets and performance, public engagement and collaborative working with a range of partners and local stakeholders, and the ability to think innovatively will be key to unlock the development and capital delivery of complex and integrated regeneration solutions.
You will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of the design, planning and delivery of a high‑profile regeneration programme which will allow local people of all backgrounds to play a greater role in shaping their local area and delivering better public spaces to live, work and play.
