I’m working for a Local Authority in London who are recruiting an education lawyer

The role:

– SEN Tribunals

– Research & providing legal advice

– Advise on the appropriateness of EHC Plans

– Negotiating and drafting highly complex and sensitive agreements and document

What will you need?:

– Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive

– Experience in education law

Experience in the public sector is desirable, but not essential
